Vin Voleur, tomorrow night (10/9)! Edith Piaf and other chansons from the Paris of yesteryear. This one starts a little later at 8:30 but won’t run late.
The magnificent Stash Wyslouch is coming to Frontier Home! Friday, Sep 9! Polish-Colombian Stash Wyslouch is an avant-garde Bluegrass guitarist, singer and songwriter. His music delights in story-telling, improvisation and outer-space worthy composi
From raging fiddle tunes, to saxophone solos and unrequited love songs, the music of The Faux Paws would be hard to pin down with standard genre descriptions. The trio’s contagious groove, and feel-good melting pot folk music has been honed ove
We’re planning some concerts for the fall, but in the meantime have been helping Beacon Arts organize some really fun concerts in the park this summer. Every Thursday night starting July 22nd! Fantastic lineup of bands - a little something for

First site visit for @humanvoicefestival. Just imagine it’s not raining and lots and lots of people are out on that plaza singing along with something awesome on a perfect late-summer day.
I really need to get better at taking pictures at concerts but I am always kind of half overwhelmed by things. Kalos played a heartbreakingly beautiful show, and we had a birthday party, and it was glorious.
@kansenlee has a way of getting better pictures of things. This @therhapsodyproject jam was so great.
I was about 35 when I took my first traditional singing class at @jalopybrooklyn. I played cello, and karaoked a lot (the latter a lot lot), but the community and the music I discovered there changed my whole trajectory. I love what @therhapsodyproje
@benjoemusic packed the house last night and played the most incredible concert. @kansenlee started baking on Monday and made a buche de Noel with meringue mushrooms. Bubs retreated upstairs in his holiday sweater and passed out early. So a good time
All dressed up and ready to party this Friday. House party/holiday concert with Ben Hunter and Joe Seamons, pretty lights, more cake than you can eat.
God it always gets me when things align right and folks start singing along. Didn’t expect anything less than this kind of magic from @robertsarazinblake. Thanks @kansenlee for making things even nicer than usual while I was away, including a v
Robert Sarazin Blake at Frontier home; this Saturday! Don’t miss this incredible storyteller and musician. And there’ll be pizza.
There were a few moments in the @west_of_roan workshop tonight that I’ll remember for a long time. The tingle of resonant harmonies in my fingertips; the whole house warmed up with voices on an autumn night. Wish we could do these every week.
South End Heritage Festival is really wonderful. Get out there! But also come here for Aaron Jonah Lewis tonight on your way. So much going on.
